Why the built-in search costs you revenue
"Akkuschruber": one letter short, zero results.
Every search that finds nothing is a customer who already knew what they wanted to buy. Shopware's built-in search compares letters: if your customer mistypes, the product disappears, and usually the customer does too. Antares understands what was meant rather than only what was typed — same typo, right products at the top.
This is where the screenshot of Shopware's built-in search returning nothing goes, captured in our own demo shop. We will show it once it exists, and we are not staging a version of it in the meantime.

See what your search earns.
At the end of the month the panel tells you what the search brought in — in euros, split by sales channel, week by week. Antares gets there by attributing every order to the search that started it.

Sample data in the shape the panel returns. Not customer figures, not measurements.
Rank by margin, not by relevance alone.
Pull the margin slider and you see straight away which products rise — nothing goes live until you publish it. Six sliders decide the order: match to the search term, margin, conversion, availability, recency and your own picks.
- Before and after sit side by side, not one after the other.
- Publishing is one click. So is rolling back.
- Set per channel: B2B may rank differently from B2C.
Sample catalogue, rendered live in your browser. Not customer figures, not measurements.
Your search, your shop's look. Without raising a ticket.
You choose the look in the panel and publish; it is there on the next page load, without anybody having to build anything into your shop. Four search surfaces, four colour worlds, and colours, corners, spacing and typeface set to match your shop. No plugin update, no store review, no agency invoice.
- One layout per sales channel, switched in the panel.
- Colours, corners, spacing and typeface to match your shop.
- On a phone every layout turns into a full-screen search.
Rendered live in your browser, not a screenshot. Sample catalogue, no customer data.
90 seconds: from install to the first search.
Recorded in a real Shopware shop, uncut. Only the catalogue import runs at speed; everything else is real time.
We are still recording it.
It shows the install uncut, so we film it once the sign-in inside the Shopware admin is finished. Until then you can touch the search at the top of this page rather than watch a recording of it.
Three steps. Ten minutes on average.
Install
~2 min
Install the Antares plugin from the Shopware Store, in the Shopware admin, like any other plugin. It does no searching itself, it only connects your shop to us, which is why it is small and why this is quick.
Connect
~3 min
Click “Connect with Commergy” in the Shopware admin and sign in with Google. Antares then reads your catalogue in, and you watch the product count climb.
Go live
~5 min
Pick a layout and publish. From the next page load your customers search through Antares, and nothing in your shop has to be rebuilt for it.
No agency required. And your old Shopware search stays underneath: if Antares goes down, your shop keeps searching the way it did before.
What we can show you today, and what we can't.
Antares is new. We have no customer figures we are allowed to publish, and we do not invent any. Two things you can check anyway. The search at the top of this page is real — today it searches a sample catalogue, and the line under it says so every time. And the 30-day trial shows you your own numbers before you pay anything.
Do you build Shopware shops for other people?
Sandbox mode is free forever: the full feature set on staging. You integrate Antares at the client, finish testing, and only at go-live does an invoice appear, addressed to the merchant rather than to you.
- Sandbox free forever
- 250 products · 1,000 searches per month
- One login for every client shop

Your search is never switched off mid-month. If you go over a limit, the panel tells you. The server doesn't.
All prices exclude VAT. Sold to businesses only; for companies elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID we invoice under the reverse-charge procedure. As of Aug 2026.
Common questions
10 questions
Is Antares GDPR-compliant?
Yes, with no add-on module. Antares runs on servers in Germany, the data processing agreement comes with the contract, and we store no personal data from your shop: searches hang off a random session id, and IP addresses are shortened before they are ever stored. For your privacy policy we supply a ready-made paragraph to copy.
Where does my data live, and what leaves my shop?
In Germany, on servers we own. The AI search runs there too: nothing goes to OpenAI or any other US service. From your shop we pull products, prices, categories, stock and order values — no customer names, no addresses, no payment data. The exact field list is in the data processing agreement, which you can read before you sign.
What happens if Antares goes down?
Your shop keeps searching the way it did before. The plugin leaves your Shopware search form untouched: if Antares does not answer for three seconds, the built-in search takes over again. Your customers get Shopware's results instead of ours — worse, but nothing breaks and nobody sees an error message. Whether we are up is on status.antares.commergy.de at any time.
Which Shopware versions do you support?
Shopware 6.6 and 6.7, self-hosted and cloud. We do not support older 6.x releases — tell us your version if you are stuck on one and we will say honestly whether an update is worth it.
Will the widget slow my shop down?
No, the opposite. Antares adds 2 kB to a page load, and your page does not wait for it. The search itself (under 30 kB) only arrives when a customer touches the search field. We pull in no third-party fonts and no third-party scripts. And the searches land on our servers instead of your shop server, which gets room to breathe.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
In the panel, with no phone call and no cancellation form, effective at the end of the current billing period. Export your figures as CSV before that. Afterwards the widget switches itself off and Shopware's built-in search takes over again; you can uninstall the plugin or leave it in place, it does nothing either way. What we hold of your catalogue is deleted 30 days later — the delay is there so that cancelling by mistake does not cost you everything on the spot.
How do I move over from Doofinder, FactFinder or the built-in search?
In parallel, with no cut-over date. You install Antares and connect your shop; Antares reads your catalogue in while the old solution keeps running. No customer sees anything new until you publish in the panel. Existing synonym lists go in as a CSV upload.
Does Antares handle variants, tier prices and customer-group pricing?
Variants and tier prices in every package: Antares knows every price your sales channel carries, in every currency, so the search shows the same price as the product page. Prices for signed-in B2B customers belong to Scale: once a customer signs in, the search shows their own prices, and only theirs.
What happens after the 30 days if I do nothing?
Nothing is charged; you never put a card on file. After the 30 days you get 14 days of grace with a notice in the panel. If you pick no package, the widget switches itself off and Shopware's built-in search takes over.
What support do I get?
Graded by package — Starter: Email · Pro: Priority email · Scale: Priority + onboarding call · Agentur: A named contact. We answer in German and English, and you are writing to the people who build the product. The documentation is open on docs.antares.commergy.de, no account needed.
See the numbers before you pay.
30 days on the full Pro package, no credit card. After a month you get an email with your real figures: searches, conversion, revenue from search. Then you decide.
