What you pay depends on your catalogue and your search volume, not on how much the search sells. No setup fee, and no sales call before you are allowed to try it.

The four packages

Four packages, one fixed amount a month, no minimum term. Pay yearly and two months are on us.

Your search is never switched off mid-month. If you go over a limit, the panel tells you. The server doesn't.

All prices exclude VAT. Sold to businesses only; for companies elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID we invoice under the reverse-charge procedure. As of Aug 2026.

What else the contract settles

30 days, no card

The trial runs for 30 days on the full Pro package, with no payment method on file. 30 days rather than 14, because the figures need a full month: at the end you get an email with your own numbers — searches, conversion, revenue from search. You then have 14 days to pick a package. If you pick none, Antares switches itself off and Shopware's own search takes over again, with nobody having to do anything. Moving to Starter after that means giving up AI search, typo rescue and margin ranking. Better said now than later.

When you hit a limit

Your search keeps running. If you go past your product or search limit, the panel raises a notice and you change package when it suits you. We do not bill by usage and we do not switch anything off mid-period. A search that gives out in the middle of a sale would be the opposite of what you are paying for.

Agencies don't pay per shop

Agencies do not buy per shop, which is why the table shows no amount for this package. It is not a bigger package, it is a different one: you integrate and test for nothing, and billing only starts when a shop goes live.

Billing questions

• What counts as a search?

  The request your customer actually triggers. The widget waits 120 milliseconds for someone to stop typing before it sends anything, so keystrokes do not count — the search they add up to does. The panel shows you the running month at any time.

• What happens if I exceed the product or search limit?

  Your search keeps running. The limits are not switch-off points: if you go over, the panel raises a notice and you change package when it suits you. We charge no overage — there is no surprise invoice and no meter ticking in the background. Only if you stay over month after month do we talk to each other; your search never stops mid-month.

• What does an extra sales channel or a second language cost?

  Nothing extra, both are part of the package: Starter 1, Pro 5, Scale unlimited, Agentur unlimited, with as many languages as channels. Each language gets its own set of results, so German and English hits do not dilute one another.

• How much do I save by paying yearly?

  Two months: Starter €490 instead of €588, Pro €990 instead of €1,188, Scale €2,990 instead of €3,588 a year. Switching between monthly and yearly takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Do I need a credit card for the trial?

  No. 30 days on the full Pro package with no payment method on file — for a trial we deliberately create no payment record at all. Then 14 days of grace with a notice in the panel; if you pick no package, the widget switches itself off and Shopware's built-in search takes over.

• How do I pay, and who gets the invoice?

  By card or SEPA direct debit, monthly or yearly in advance. The invoice goes to the company running the shop; where an agency looks after it, the agency can take the invoice instead. Every invoice sits in the panel, next to the package switch and the payment method.

• What does sandbox mode cost an agency?

  Nothing, permanently. The limits: 250 products, 1,000 searches a month, staging-marked domains only, no stored figures and a “Powered by Antares” line. An invoice only appears at go-live, addressed to the merchant rather than to you.

• Can I take my numbers with me if I leave?

  Yes. You can export your figures as CSV in the panel at any time up to the last day of the billing period — 90 days, 13 months or 25 months of history, depending on the package. Afterwards Antares switches itself off and Shopware's own search takes over again.
